How Do I Qualify For Producer Rewards?
In order for a video to qualify for the Producer Rewards program it must meet the following criteria:
Ownership
You hold full rights to the video. This may mean getting signed permission from all the people in the video.
License
You are willing to give 26th January.com a non-exclusive license to the content. This means that 26th January.com can promote your video (in whole or in part) on 26th January.com or in any other media. "Non-exclusive" means you have the right to sign similar deals with as many other companies as you want.
Content Rating
Your video must be suitable for a mainstream audience. That means no adult, erotic, violent or hateful content.
Broad appeal
Your video must be of interest to a large number of 26th January.com viewers (and not just your family and friends.) To qualify for Producer Rewards payouts, your videos must receive over 20,000 views and have a rating of 3.00 or higher.
Length
We recommend videos that are between 20 seconds and six minutes long. Videos that are shorter or longer may qualify at 26th January.com's discretion.
And finally, although we've tried to lay it all out above, 26th January.com reserves the right to refuse any submission for any reason.

Do submit videos that are entertaining, funny, amazing and cool.
Do check the site regularly. Come and see what works... and what works less.
Do keep a backup of anything you submit to 26thJanuary.com. We cannot return any of your videos and we cannot guarantee that they will be suitable for presentation on 26thJanuary.com.
Don't
Don't submit videos that are not your own. You won't get paid for them and your account may get cancelled.
Don't plan any dangerous stunts or set up any perilous pranks in the hope of catching something great. 26thJanuary.com bears no responsibility for any injuries to your person or your pride.
Don't worry about promoting your video - our unique rating system will make sure it reaches the audience it deserves. Outstanding videos will quickly rise to the top.
Don't get discouraged if your video isn't accepted to Producer Rewards. Keep trying. You can submit as many videos as you want until you create that runaway hit.
